The present Terms and Conditions govern the use of the platform Mob Market (website and mobile application) and the sales made via it.
By accessing the platform or placing an order, you accept these conditions without reservation.
1. Operator's identity
The platform Mob Market is operated by :

2. Mob Market's role
Mob Market:
- selects sales partners,
- reference their products,
- markets Products on the platform,
- collects payments from customers,
- manages the commercial relationship with the Buyer.
Supplier partners do not sell directly to End Buyers.
3. Definitions
- Buyer / Customer Any person placing an order.
- Product : article proposed by Mob Market.
- Platform Mob Market website and application.
- Control purchase validated by payment.
- Sales partner professional supplier working with Mob Market.
4. Account creation
- You may need to create an account to place an order.
- The information provided must be accurate.
- Users are responsible for the security of their access.
5. Products and availability
- The Products are described as accurately as possible.
- Stocks may be limited.
- In the event of unavailability after ordering, the Customer will be informed and reimbursed.
6. Awards
- Prices are quoted in several currencies.
- They may or may not include VAT.
- Mob Market reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, except for orders that have already been paid for.
7. Payment
Payments are made by the following methods:

✔ Mobile Money
✔ Other partner solutions
The order is validated only after confirmation of payment.
8. Delivery
- Delivery can be handled by Mob Market or its logistics partners.
- The risks are transferred to the Customer upon delivery of the package.
9. Right of Return & Refund
The customer may request a return within 24 hours of receipt, subject to :
- unused product,
- original packaging,
- proof of purchase.
Delivery is at the customer's expense.
Certain products may be excluded for health or legal reasons.
Refunds are made according to the original means of payment.
10. Customer's obligations
The Customer undertakes to :
- provide accurate information,
- pay the amount due,
- use the platform legally.
Any fraud will result in account suspension.
11. Liability
Mob Market guarantees the conformity of the Products sold.
However, liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, unless otherwise stipulated by law.
Mob Market cannot be held responsible for delays due to force majeure.
12. Intellectual Property
All site content (logos, text, images, design) is the exclusive property of Mob Market.
Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
13. Personal data
Data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Mob Market implements security measures to protect personal information.
14. Suspension or Termination
Mob Market reserves the right to :
- suspend an account in the event of abuse,
- refuse a suspicious order,
- delete a fraudulent account.
15. Modification of the Conditions
Mob Market may modify these Conditions at any time.
The applicable version is the one online at the time of the order.
16. Applicable Law & Disputes
The present Conditions are subject to Mauritanian law.
Any dispute shall be referred to the competent courts of Nouakchott.
