    Supplier partners do not sell directly to End Buyers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Product<\/strong> : article proposed by Mob Market.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Platform<\/strong> Mob Market website and application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Control<\/strong> purchase validated by payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Sales partner<\/strong> professional supplier working with Mob Market.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      4. Account creation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • You may need to create an account to place an order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • The information provided must be accurate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Users are responsible for the security of their access.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              • proof of purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                Delivery is at the customer's expense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Certain products may be excluded for health or legal reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Refunds are made according to the original means of payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                10. Customer's obligations<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                  Mob Market guarantees the conformity of the Products sold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  However, liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, unless otherwise stipulated by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  Mob Market cannot be held responsible for delays due to force majeure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
